B2B CRM VA — HubSpot
We're Oaklane Media, a marketing agency in Sydney. Our clients are growing fast, and frankly, our HubSpot portal is getting messy! We learned about the talent in the Philippines from a client who sources their cold callers there, and we're hoping you can bring order to our CRM chaos.
We need a HubSpot VA to own data hygiene, build workflows, and generally keep our HubSpot instance purring. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves the details. You'll be working closely with our sales and client success teams, mostly on automation to support their work. Expect to build out sequences, clean up contact properties, and troubleshoot workflow errors.
We expect you to be online during Australian Eastern Standard Time business hours but have no problem with you taking breaks as needed. The most important thing is getting the work done well. You'll also need to have stellar written communication skills. There will be a lot of collaboration via Slack, email, and Loom videos.
Day-to-day looks like:
* Morning check-in on HubSpot health: any errors or stalled workflows?
* Responding to internal tickets from the sales team (2-3 per day)
* Building 1-2 new automated sequences per week
* Cleaning up old data and merging duplicate contacts

Hey! Kindred Coffee Co. is looking for a LinkedIn Outreach VA to join our team. We're a small e-commerce coffee company selling direct to consumers in the United States. We need someone who can help us drum up wholesale leads -- coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, things like that. We've heard great things about the work ethic and skillsets of talent in the Philippines, so we're excited to be posting here.
We're looking for someone with 2+ years of B2B prospecting experience, ideally using tools like Apollo.io or ZoomInfo. You need to understand cold email deliverability and have a solid grasp of LinkedIn Sales Navigator. No coffee knowledge required, but bonus points if you're a coffee drinker!
This is a full-time role. We're open to folks in any time zone as long as you can overlap with US Pacific Time (PST) for a few hours each day. This isn't a fully async position. Pay is $4-$11/hour USD, depending on experience.
Day to day looks like this:
* Finding leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
* Verifying contact information using Apollo.io or similar.
* Crafting and sending personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.
* Tracking your progress and reporting to the sales team.

We're Kindred Coffee Co, and we sell coffee online to US customers. (Yes, it's a crowded market; we know.) We need a detail-oriented bookkeeper to keep our financial house in order. We're a small team, so you'll be working directly with the owner on pretty much everything. We've had good luck with Filipino talent (saw a post on Remote.PH), so we're expanding the team.
Your main job is to handle reconciliations in QuickBooks Online, manage AR/AP, and generally keep our books clean. Accuracy is key; we need someone meticulous. You'll need to be available during some PST daytime hours for meetings and urgent tasks, but the rest of the work is async.
Day to day, expect to:
* Reconcile bank and credit card accounts daily
* Process invoices and payments
* Prepare monthly financial reports

We need someone who lives and breathes HubSpot workflows. You'll be auditing our current setup and building new automated campaigns. Data hygiene is a must — garbage in, garbage out, right? You'll also be building reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
Day to day looks like:
* Building/optimizing HubSpot workflows
* Cleaning up messy contact data
* A/B testing email campaigns
* Reporting on key marketing metrics
* Jumping on occasional calls with the US team in PST hours.
We're looking for someone with 3+ years of HubSpot experience and multiple HubSpot certifications. The pay range is $6-$12/hour USD, depending on experience. Full-time role.
