About the Role
Role Overview
We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to support international sales operations. In this role, you will reach out to leads, qualify prospects, and schedule calls or demos for Account Executives. If you have experience in appointment setting and enjoy working with international clients, this could be a great opportunity.
What You'll Do
- Call and email potential clients in the US and AUS to schedule appointments.
- Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Maintain an updated calendar of scheduled calls or demos.
- Document all communications accurately in CRM.
- Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.
- Screen and vet leads for fit competencies and technical skills.
- Develop and maintain a prospecting database or CRM, and ensure details are accurate.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of proven experience as an appointment setter with international clients.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work on a graveyard shift.
- Familiarity with desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP.
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling.
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
