- Working Arrangements
- Full-time, Monday to Friday.
- UK working hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm, including a one-hour unpaid lunch break.
- Fully remote.
- Philippines-based contractor working with a UK-based team.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection required.
- Own laptop and mobile phone required.
- The Contractor will be responsible for their own income tax liabilities, National Insurance, any pension contributions, or similar contributions.
- Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in corporate administration, compliance, operations, client services, professional services or a similar environment.
- Experience dealing directly with clients or customers in a professional environment.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently with professional clients.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases, tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of work.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Experience using CRM, workflow or online business systems.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workload.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential client and corporate information.
- Reliable, professional and able to work consistently within fixed UK working hours.
- Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience working with UK-based businesses or UK clients.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Experience in corporate compliance, AML, KYC or regulated financial/professional services.
- Experience with Companies House filings or UK company administration.
- Experience with due diligence and client onboarding.
- Experience working with professional clients such as lawyers, accountants, wealth managers or regulated businesses.
- Experience working within a remote international team.
- Knowledge of CRM, compliance, workflow or document management systems.
- Experience working with accounting or invoicing systems.
