- Required Experience
- Minimum 4 years of professional work experience.
- At least 2 years managing people, projects, or business operations.
- Experience supporting a CEO, founder, executive, or business owner is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience improving systems, processes, and operational efficiency.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

- Experience with most of the following is preferred:

- Slack or Microsoft Teams
- Zoom or Google Meet
- Email management
- AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity software
- Basic spreadsheet reporting and data tracking

- What Success Looks Like
- Within your first 90–180 days, you should be able to:
- Run day-to-day operations with minimal oversight.
- Keep projects moving and ensure deadlines are met.
- Build and document systems that improve efficiency.
- Lead meetings and follow up on action items.
- Manage team performance and accountability.
- Resolve operational issues before they reach the CEO.
- Free up at least 20–30 hours per week of the CEO's time so they can focus on scaling the business.

- Reliable high-speed internet.
- Quiet, professional home office.
- Backup internet or power solution for emergencies.
- Willingness to work hours that overlap with the U.S. Eastern Time Zone.
- Available for full-time, long-term employment.
- Able to pass multiple interview stages and complete a practical skills assessment.
- Comfortable signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and protecting confidential business information.
- One additional recommendation
- Because you're hiring someone to become your second-in-command, I would require a paid practical assessment rather than relying on resumes or interviews alone. Have finalists complete tasks such as:
- Prioritizing a busy CEO's inbox and calendar.
- Creating a project plan for a Tago Life event.
- Responding to a difficult customer email.
- Building a simple SOP from a short video.
- Leading a mock team meeting or recording a short video explaining how they would solve an operational problem.
