About the Role
Role Overview
We are seeking a Social Media and Content Coordinator to manage social media functions across various platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for content creation, community management, and ensuring brand consistency across all social channels.
What You'll Do
- Create branded and trending content by repurposing existing assets or creating content from scratch.
- Edit short-form videos (30–90 seconds) into platform-optimized Reels and TikToks with captions, subtitles, and sound design.
- Produce polished carousels from provided assets and briefs.
- Optimize content for platform performance, including hooks, pacing, and captions.
- Schedule content using Later, including writing short captions and hashtag sets.
- Monitor and engage with comments and DMs, responding in brand voice and escalating inquiries as needed.
- Moderate user-generated content (UGC), including rights requests, content moderation, and product tagging.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager.
- Solid organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing and cloud services.
- Able to work on a graveyard shift.
