Requirements
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Travel Assistant, or similar remote support role
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
- Highly responsive, dependable, and proactive in communication
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Technical Skills & Platform Experience

- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
- Basic CRM and spreadsheet management
- Email marketing and newsletter formatting

- Additional Preferred Skills
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an asset
- Basic knowledge of invoicing and accounts receivable tasks
- Experience creating SOPs, workflows, or process documentation
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and improve operational efficiency
- Social media or marketing support experience is considered a bonus
- Availability Requirements
- Approximately 40 hours per month with flexibility based on workload
- Ability to attend regular weekly check-ins
- Must be responsive to messages and urgent requests during agreed working hours
- Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup required

Virtual Assistant (Part-Time | ~40 hours/month) We are looking to hire a reliable and highly responsive Virtual Assistant to support ongoing administrative, marketing, and operations tasks within a travel-focused business. Approximately 40 hours per month, could be more.
