About the Role
Requirements
- Organize leads from PPC, Cold Calling, Direct Mail, Inbound, and Outbound channels
- Handle Lead A–Z tasks and lead management processes
- Manage incoming calls from Direct Mail and PPC marketing lines
- Conduct outbound lead follow-ups to gather information and nurture prospects
- Research buildable lots and property opportunities
- Assist with offer calculations and deal preparation
- Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and email organization
- Manage postings on social media, real estate platforms, and internal systems
- Update and maintain CRM records, spreadsheets, and trackers
- Assist with preparing basic reports, schedules, and follow-up reminders
- Support the team with transaction coordination and other back-end processes
- Send a morning email outlining the day’s plan and priorities
- Send an evening email with a recap of completed tasks and updates
- Perform other administrative duties as needed to streamline daily operations
- We are specifically seeking candidates based in the Philippines, Latin America or Egypt with clear, neutral, and easily understandable English communication skills, suitable for U.S.-based phone conversations.
