What You'll Do
- Partner with clients' HR teams to understand recruitment needs.
- Develop a strong candidate pipeline to ensure high-quality hires and reduce time to hire.
- Implement effective recruitment techniques to attract top talent.
- Monitor and manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Screen and vet candidates for competencies and technical skills.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including resume reviews, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate availability using cloud-based calendars.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Recruiter.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience in hiring US candidates is essential.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Asana, Handshake, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Familiarity with current technologies, including desktop sharing and cloud services.
- Tech-savvy with experience in word processing and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
