Role Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a cleaning services business in Quebec City. In this part-time remote role, you'll coordinate daily operations, manage data, and provide customer and user support. Fluency in both French and English is essential for success.
What You'll Do
- Create, update, and maintain client, contract, and team records.
- Monitor scheduled cleanings, contact teams regarding delays, and adjust assignments as needed.
- Respond to general client inquiries and coordinate additional services.
- Provide application user support, guiding users through features and troubleshooting issues.
- Support the onboarding of new cleaning teams and contracts.
- Prepare supplier payments and client invoices.
- Post job announcements on Canadian platforms and manage applicant responses.
Requirements
- Good reading comprehension in English and French.
- Good written communication skills in English and French for client and team interactions via WhatsApp and email.
- Sufficient spoken English for internal communication.
- Ability to understand instructions and documentation.
- Comfortable following set procedures, maintaining records, and reporting progress.
- Home internet speed of at least 25 Mbps (main) and 10 Mbps (backup).
