Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
- Spanish proficiency equivalent to CEFR B1 or higher is preferred.
- Candidates with A2 proficiency who demonstrate strong communication skills and customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates may be required to complete a company-approved online Spanish proficiency assessment as part of the hiring process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong active listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or call center experience.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with customer support systems and standard computer applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multicultural and international team.
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays, if required.
