About the Role
Role Overview
Our client, a fast-moving startup in the mobile fitness space, is looking for a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant. In this role, you'll support day-to-day operations, manage community feedback, and assist with administrative tasks, helping the founder and team focus on product development.
What You'll Do
- Monitor community channels (e.g. Discord) for bug reports, issues, and feature requests
- Triage and organize feedback from users
- Create and manage tickets in Jira
- Assign tasks and help manage the flow of information between team members
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Add new exercises to the platform’s exercise library based on user requests
- Help ensure customer feedback reaches the right team members quickly
