Virtual Assistant | Tūī Method (Remote)

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support a fast-growing indigenous wellbeing organisation based in Aotearoa New Zealand. Responsibilities include: Manage email inbox and calendar. Maintain and update our CRM (Systeme.io). Research organisations, partnership opportunities and funding. Prepare and format documents, proposals and presentations. Schedule social media content across multiple platforms. Create simple Canva graphics and PDFs. Organise digital files and business systems. Follow up enquiries and partnership conversations. Assist with project coordination. General administration and executive support. You'll work closely with the Founder to help build systems, improve efficiency and support the growth of the organisation.
