Role Overview
We are seeking a Healthcare Client Support & Administrative Assistant to provide key support via phone and email. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, providing scheduling assistance and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a healthcare setting and understands HIPAA compliance.
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound phone calls and respond to client inquiries professionally.
- Respond to emails and follow up on patient questions or requests.
- Assist with appointment coordination and scheduling support.
- Update and maintain basic patient information as directed.
- Support providers with administrative follow-ups as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with practice standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting.
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance.
- Comfort interacting with patients and insurance-related inquiries in a professional, empathetic manner.
