About the Role
Hey! Kindred Coffee Co. is looking for a LinkedIn Outreach VA to join our team. We're a small e-commerce coffee company selling direct to consumers in the United States. We need someone who can help us drum up wholesale leads -- coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, things like that. We've heard great things about the work ethic and skillsets of talent in the Philippines, so we're excited to be posting here.
We're looking for someone with 2+ years of B2B prospecting experience, ideally using tools like Apollo.io or ZoomInfo. You need to understand cold email deliverability and have a solid grasp of LinkedIn Sales Navigator. No coffee knowledge required, but bonus points if you're a coffee drinker!
This is a full-time role. We're open to folks in any time zone as long as you can overlap with US Pacific Time (PST) for a few hours each day. This isn't a fully async position. Pay is $4-$11/hour USD, depending on experience.
Day to day looks like this:
* Finding leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
* Verifying contact information using Apollo.io or similar.
* Crafting and sending personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.
* Tracking your progress and reporting to the sales team.
