About the Role
Role Overview
We're seeking a Social Media Manager to execute paid and organic social media campaigns. In this role, you'll focus on implementing strategies across Facebook/Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn, using provided assets and briefs to deliver timely and on-brand content.
What You'll Do
- Set up and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook/Meta and Instagram via Meta Business Suite.
- Configure targeting, audiences, budgets, and scheduling based on provided briefs.
- Handle content publishing and organic engagement on LinkedIn.
- Ensure campaigns launch on schedule and run as planned.
- Create content calendars from provided images, videos, and copy.
- Schedule posts across platforms according to campaign timelines.
- Create simple graphic tiles in Canva using provided brand images and guidelines.
- Monitor campaign performance, including reach, engagement, cost-per-result, and ROI.
- Provide regular performance summaries and flag underperforming content.
- Optimize campaigns based on data within approved budget parameters.
- Manage access and administration of social accounts.
Requirements

- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite for campaign setup and budget management.
