Role Overview
We're seeking a Recruitment Assistant to support candidate screening via phone. In this role, you'll be making a high volume of calls, so strong communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential.
What You'll Do
- Conduct a high volume of screening and interview calls using provided scripts.
- Qualify candidates based on defined screening criteria.
- Maintain consistent energy and professionalism across all calls.
- Manage interview scheduling via automated calendar systems.
- Record call outcomes, notes, and candidate feedback in internal tracking tools.
- Follow existing recruitment workflows and call processes precisely.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, call handling, or interview-based roles.
- Comfortable with frequent inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Able to follow scripts while sounding natural and engaging.
- Highly reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Baseline knowledge of basic LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, CoPilot, etc.).
- Advanced reading and comprehension skills.
- Professional written English skills.
- Fluent spoken English with neutral to minimal accent.
