Role Overview
Assist World is looking for a Full-Time Executive Virtual Assistant to provide support to two executives managing multiple franchise locations in the hospitality and entertainment sectors. This role emphasizes email management, administrative coordination, and operational support, aiming to enhance organizational efficiency and reduce the executives' administrative burden.
What You'll Do
- Manage high-volume executive inboxes and prioritize key messages.
- Draft email responses and flag urgent items for executive attention.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and track action items and follow-ups.
- Maintain organization of company files and shared drives.
- Input and track tasks in Ninety.io, supporting project and task management.
- Provide general executive assistance and help executives focus on strategic work.
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative VA.
- Strong experience with email and inbox management.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Experience supporting multiple executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
