What You'll Do
- Process and code purchase invoices.
- Raise and issue sales invoices.
- Record and reconcile financial transactions.
- Manage purchase orders (POs).
- Assist with general bookkeeping and accounts administration.
- Maintain accurate financial records using Xero.
- Support the Accounts team with ad hoc finance tasks as required.
- Communicate professionally via email with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong experience in bookkeeping and finance administration.
- Proficiency in using Xero for financial record maintenance.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly via email.
