About the Role
Role Overview
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to make outbound calls and secure hosts for free educational classes in the US. In this role, you'll manage bookings and follow up with hosts, using your communication skills and familiarity with social media to increase educational opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound phone calls to secure class hosts in various regions.
- Maintain contact with hosts to ensure class schedules are kept and cancellations are minimized.
- Update and manage CRM or internal data systems to ensure all contact and class scheduling information is accurate.
Requirements
- Graduate of any bachelor's degree or certificate course.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience and proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and successfully manage customer relationships.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least C1 level).
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP.
- Experience with Go High Level (GHL).
- Knowledge of using AirCall (Power Dialer).
- Able to work on a graveyard shift.
