Omnisend & Shopify Automation Expert (Part-Time / Project-Based)

Important Budget Note ==> This is a fixed-price project with a total maximum budget of $85 USD for the complete configuration. We have listed an hourly rate on the main form only to match the platform's requirements. We estimate this technical configuration will take roughly 8 to 11 hours of work. We are looking for a skilled email marketing technician to build the backend frameworks for our automated flows in Omnisend. We sell markers and pens via Shopify, so our setups need to be highly accurate to protect our tight profit margins. We have already mapped out the exact strategy, timing, and rules on an Excel chart— we just need you to build the backend skeletons and logic perfectly. Omnisend is still working on our migration and promise to be done in 1 week. So this project can start next week on Friday 5pm (PST). What You Will Do Build the Flow Skeletons: Use Omnisend's built-in presets to set up the tracks for Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Win-Back, Replenishment, Cross-Sell, and Birthday sequences. Configure Timing & Triggers: Input precise timing delays (ranging from 1 hour to 65 days) exactly based on our spreadsheet chart. Connect Shopify Coupons: Set up unique, single-use dynamic discount codes that automatically expire (some at 24 hours, others at 7 days). Add Exclusions: Securely apply minimum cart values (like $10 off a minimum $100 purchase) and block specific product collections (like tools and cardstock) from our birthday discount. Test the Setup: Verify countdown timers, SMS split paths, and audience rules work correctly before handing the project back to us.
