About the Role

Market off-market properties to cash buyers * Build and grow buyers lists * Network with investors, landlords, rehabbers, and hedge buyers * Post deals in Facebook groups, investor communities, Discords, Telegrams, etc. * Coordinate with title companies and buyers during the dispo process * Help maximize spreads and assignment fees * Work with JV partners and dispo platforms

Requirements

Experience in wholesaling or dispositions preferred
Strong communication skills
Resourceful and aggressive when finding buyers
Familiar with Facebook investor groups, PropStream, BatchLeads, investor networking, etc.
Understands assignment contracts and JV deals
Self-motivated and commission-driven
