Role Overview
We're seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to executives. In this remote role, you will handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficiency and organization. What You'll Do
- Create and send statements or invoices, track payments, and record company expenses.
- Gather data on trends, industry best practices, and other publicly available information and prepare reports.
- Store and organize documents and files.
- Perform data entry tasks such as preparing lead lists or meeting minutes, transcribing audio recordings, preparing payroll information, and organizing research notes.
- Research products, purchase goods, and secure samples.
- Coordinate team calendars, prevent scheduling conflicts, and ensure clients are on time and prepared for meetings.
- Reply to emails, follow up on correspondence, organize inbox as per client preferences, and notify clients about important emails.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives.
- Bachelor's degree or any certificate course.
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
- Able to work on a graveyard shift.
