About the Role
Role Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a client in the Food and Beverage industry. In this role, you'll manage communications, handle vendor invoices, and create social media content. If you have experience supporting C-level executives and are highly organized, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Triage all inboxes, labeling each as Urgent, FYI, or Done.
- Check and respond daily to reviews on Google and Yelp.
- Log all incoming vendor invoices from email and FinTech systems.
- Post or schedule social media content on Instagram and TikTok (3–5 posts per week).
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience assisting C-Level executives.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).
- Solid organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
- Able to work on a graveyard shift.
