About the Role
Role Overview
We're seeking a Sales Development Representative to support our sales team through inbound and outbound calling. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, scheduling meetings, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
What You'll Do
- Call customers who sign up to book meetings and help them get started.
- Reach out to trial users and schedule onboarding sessions.
- Contact customers with failed payments and help them reconnect with our team.
- Make high-volume outbound calls to new prospects to build fresh business.
- Use phone, email, LinkedIn, and SMS to reach potential clients.
- Keep accurate notes and updates in the CRM.
- Work closely with the Sales team to improve our approach and messaging.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in SDR, cold calling, or lead generation.
- Comfortable making 200–250 calls each day.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn, CRMs, and email outreach tools.
- Ability to handle rejection and keep pushing forward.
- Self-motivated and always aiming to hit or exceed goals.
