About the Role
Role Overview
As a VA Onboarding Specialist, you'll play a key role in setting up new virtual assistants for success at Wing. You will be the point of contact for new hires, guiding them through their initial training and ensuring they're ready to support clients. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple onboarding tasks.
What You'll Do
- Deliver structured onboarding sessions to new virtual assistants.
- Manage documentation and system setup for new hires.
- Ensure new assistants are fully oriented to company culture, tools, and client-ready standards.
- Conduct live sessions and presentations for large groups of new hires.
- Bridge communication between Talent Acquisition, Training, and Operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in onboarding, training coordination, or HR operations.
- Experience in a BPO, staffing, or remote workforce environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple onboarding batches.
- Strong understanding of remote team enablement and virtual communication norms.
