About the Role
Role Overview
We're seeking a Sales Development Representative to support real estate operations through lead outreach and appointment setting. In this remote role, you'll play a key part in driving client engagement and conversions.
What You'll Do
- Handle Circle Perspective, primarily focused on cold calling provided leads.
- Perform data entry and manage email follow-up campaigns.
- Conduct appointment setting for interested prospects and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and client interactions.
- Prepare to lead and train other SDRs as the team scales.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B Sales.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in data entry.
- Ability to meet daily productivity goals and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in outbound outreach.
- Proficient with Circle Perspective, Mojo Dialer, and Bulk & Seven software Tools.
