Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative at Wing Assistant, you'll play a key role in generating warm leads and supporting the internal sales team. This remote position focuses on outbound lead generation and CRM management, contributing to the growth of a well-established business in aerospace staffing and technical recruiting.
What You'll Do
- Conduct daily outbound sales development activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify prospects and pass warm leads directly to the assigned in-house salesperson.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, lead tracking, and follow-up sequences.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B Sales.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in data entry.
- Ability to meet daily productivity goals and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in outbound outreach.
