Role Overview
We're seeking a General Virtual Assistant to join our fully remote team. In this role, you'll provide crucial support to clients, ensuring smooth operations and efficient task management. If you're a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication skills, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Store and organize documents and files.
- Perform data entry tasks such as preparing lead lists, transcribing audio, and organizing research notes.
- Research products, purchase goods, and secure samples.
- Update and collect information for marketing and sales campaigns using a CRM system.
- Create and send invoices, track payments, and record company expenses.
- Gather data on industry trends and prepare reports.
- Coordinate team calendars and prevent scheduling conflicts.
- Prepare itineraries and book travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls, make appointments, and conduct informational inquiries.
- Manage email correspondence and organize inboxes.
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience as a Virtual Assistant.
- At least 18 years of age and completed Senior High School.
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work on a graveyard shift.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to be trained.
