Role Overview
Wing Assistant is seeking a Remote Social Media Assistant to help redefine the future of work for companies globally. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for social media and a knack for engaging audiences.
What You'll Do
- Upload and curate engaging multimedia content while managing daily interactions and inquiries.
- Gather information on audience profiles, engagement, industry trends, and competitor marketing strategies.
- Develop and oversee content calendars, campaign schedules, and posts across various platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams on content development, strategy, and promotional initiatives.
- Moderate conversations, build rapport with the audience, and manage customer reviews and feedback.
- Research influencers and compatible businesses to establish strategic partnerships.
- Create written content such as captions and descriptions for social media posts.
- Assist the Ad Manager in implementing social media ad campaigns.
- Conduct general administrative tasks and other ad hoc duties as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field or a certified course in marketing or business.
- At least 2 years of experience in social media or related fields.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in layouts, graphics fundamentals, typography, and both print and web design.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects.
- Ability to work during US hours (graveyard shift).
