About the Role
Role Overview
We're seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to support executives in the construction industry. In this remote role, you'll be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating project-related communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions.
What You'll Do
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations specific to construction projects.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining project documentation, contracts, and permits.
- Coordinate communication between executives, clients, subcontractors, and on-site teams.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, providing updates to executives as needed.
- Manage expense reports and assist in budget tracking for construction projects.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the executive team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with the construction industry and its operations is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of cloud-based systems and virtual communication tools.
