Recruitment Assistant (AI/Tech Industry)

Role Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Sourcing Assistant to support a recruiting department within a technology-driven AI organization. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent through LinkedIn and AI-powered tools.

What You'll Do

• Source qualified candidates on LinkedIn based on specific hiring requirements.
• Utilize AI tools to assess resumes against defined criteria and identify top talent.
• Draft and send personalized outreach messages to prospective candidates.

Requirements

• Expertise in utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for critical thinking tasks (e.g., resume analysis, personalized email drafting).
• Near-native fluency in English for candidate screening and executive-level communication.
• Proven ability to find and evaluate specific talent profiles on LinkedIn.
• Must be available to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM.
• Main internet service speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection.
• Backup internet service speed: at least 10 Mbps.
