Role Overview
We're seeking a Customer Success Manager to join a fast-growing technology company and cultivate relationships with businesses worldwide. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, demonstrating our AI products, and helping customers integrate them into their workflows. What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from initial demo to implementation.
- Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Conduct sales demos to showcase our services, software, and value proposition.
- Follow up with leads via calls, texts, emails, and LinkedIn to move them through the sales funnel.
- Help customers with the onboarding process and resolve technical support issues.
- Collaborate with sales executives to meet company goals and targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success, or solutions.
- Experience managing a pipeline of leads and converting them into paying customers.
- Experience conducting prospect follow-ups using calls, email cadences, and texting.
- Experience conducting virtual product demos and customizing product/service pricing.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Tech-savvy with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work US hours/graveyard shift.
