Role Overview

Assist World is looking for a creative and organized Social Media & Website Assistant to help with content execution, website updates, and audience engagement for a growing U.S.-based clothing brand. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with visual content and understands social media growth, particularly on platforms like TikTok.

What You'll Do

• Manage and schedule content across Instagram and TikTok.
• Post content twice daily, either pre-prepared or guided by the client.
• Assist with content planning and calendar creation.
• Optimize posting times based on audience activity.
• Monitor performance and suggest improvements.
• Upload product images and update inventory on Squarespace.
• Publish blog posts provided by the client.
• Ensure the website is clean, updated, and aligned with the brand.
• Send newsletters to subscribers.
• Provide light input on improving layout and design.
• Help maintain consistency across brand touchpoints.

Requirements

• Experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts.
• Basic understanding of content scheduling tools.
• Comfortable working with Squarespace or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
