Role Overview
Wing Assistant is seeking a part-time Cold Caller to engage potential customers in the US market. This role is perfect for someone who is persuasive, resilient, and enjoys initiating conversations that lead to sales opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce company products and services.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant business information.
- Overcome objections and convert cold leads into warm prospects.
- Update call results and notes accurately in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a Cold Caller or Telemarketer.
- Strong spoken English with a neutral accent.
- Experience handling US or AUS-based accounts.
- Excellent communication, listening, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Availability to work on a graveyard shift.
- Familiarity with current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
- Proactive attitude and tech-savvy.
