Real Estate Virtual Assistant

Role Overview

As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting a residential real estate business by managing leads, organizing information, and assisting with administrative tasks. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to smooth operations while working remotely.

What You'll Do

• Manage lead and contact information by reviewing unread conversations, tagging, segmenting leads, and maintaining an organized pipeline.
• Ensure CRM hygiene by updating records, notes, and statuses, and filtering leads for review.
• Conduct property research by setting up home searches based on buyer criteria and maintaining property information.
• Assist with transaction coordination by organizing files, tracking documents, and supporting the signing workflow (licensed tasks handled by the agent).
• Coordinate calendar and appointments for meetings, showings, and follow-ups.
• Optionally monitor realtor recruiting replies, conduct LinkedIn outreach, and assist with light marketing using AI-assisted posting tools.

Requirements

• High proficiency in English for reading, writing, and speaking to ensure accurate documentation and effective communication.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel for CRM and lead organization, and experience with Skyslope for transaction management is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Technical requirements include a USB headset with noise cancellation, a working webcam, a computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM, and a reliable internet connection.
