Paralegal Assistant

Role Overview

Wing Assistant is seeking a Paralegal Assistant to support its mission of redefining the future of work for companies globally. This remote position is exclusively for Filipino candidates who are ready to contribute to a dynamic legal team.

What You'll Do

• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence in compliance with US, EU, AU, and UK laws.
• Manage and organize legal files, contracts, and case documentation in both digital and physical formats.
• Monitor compliance with filing deadlines and legal requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with external counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Assist in preparing court documents, filings, and pleadings.
• Maintain accurate records of correspondence and legal activities for reporting purposes.
• Perform ad hoc tasks to support the legal team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with US, EU, AU, and/or UK legal systems and regulations.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, including high-quality reading, writing, and speaking.
• Proficient in legal research platforms (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and document management tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
