Customer Service Representative (After-Hours)

Role Overview

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide after-hours support, managing both inbound and outbound calls and efficiently scheduling service appointments. In this remote role, you'll be the point of contact for customers needing assistance outside of regular business hours.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound customer calls during after-hours operations.
• Make outbound calls as needed for follow-ups and confirmations.
• Schedule service appointments accurately using company systems.

• Prior experience in customer service or call handling.

• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
