Role Overview
We're looking for a detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations. In this part-time role, you will be assisting with administrative tasks, conducting online research, and creating visual content. This is a remote role with an initial trial period and potential for long-term engagement.
What You'll Do
- Provide general administrative support to the business.
- Conduct online research (e.g., companies, markets, contacts, travel-related insights).
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and pitch decks.
- Create and edit simple visual content using Canva.
- Support business development efforts through research and data gathering.
- Help prioritize and manage incoming tasks from the founder.
- Maintain clear and timely communication on progress and deliverables.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with AI tools (preferably Claude and/or Gemini).
- Proficiency in Canva (basic to intermediate level).
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- High level of responsiveness and reliability.
