Sales Development Representative

Role Overview

Wing Assistant is looking for a Sales Development Representative to support our sales outreach efforts. In this hybrid role, you'll be instrumental in connecting with potential clients and helping to grow our business.

What You'll Do

• Conduct outreach to potential clients through various channels.
• Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and outreach effectiveness.

Requirements

• Experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in a virtual assistant or BPO environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
