About the Role
Role Overview
We're seeking a skilled Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO of SeeBeyondBorders, an Australian not-for-profit charity. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing communications, coordinating administrative tasks, supporting fundraising efforts, and ensuring the CEO's schedule runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling diverse responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Manage the CEO's email inbox by labeling, filtering, and organizing emails.
- Draft and send emails on behalf of the CEO, including fundraising outreach.
- Manage calendar scheduling, set up meetings, and send reminders.
- Send targeted outreach emails to prospect contacts using provided messaging.
- Track outreach activity and follow up as directed.
- Assist with data entry and maintenance in Raisly (fundraising CRM).
- Process expense claims and reimbursement forms.
- Assist with policy writing, document formatting, and internal communications.
- Support the migration of data from Salesforce into Monday.com.
- Help the organization utilize Monday.com for project and task tracking.
Requirements
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
- Organized, proactive, and discreet.
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats.
